The bathroom is warmly enclosed and features a dome, extractor fan, shower stall (rain function), hanging toilet and a black/oak double sink cabinet with large round mirror (integrated lighting), plus column cabinet. Upstairs we mention the presence of mosquito windows, alu shutters, intermediate floors in concrete, a strategically placed toilet and three rooms. Air conditioning units with heat pump technology (Daikin and Fujitsu) are present in the night hall, master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Commuters know that reaching the R6 (900 m) and E19 freeway (2.9 km) is only a matter of minutes here.
