Progressive new building with combination of different functions
Progressive new building designed by Xaveer De Geyter Architects with a combination of 1,400 m² of offices, 16,000 m² of production and logistics, 5,000 m² of commercial space, 1,600 m² of urban farming and parking for 400 cars. Completion is planned for the end of 2022.
This project will be energy neutral, BREEAM "outstanding" certified and will feature the latest geothermal techniques in combination with more than 1,000 solar panels. There will also be an intelligent LED lighting system and a ventilation system with energy recovery. The project is part of the "Plan Canal" of Anderlecht.
